“Was sent a faulty item - I was not compensated in any way, was supposed to be sent back delivery charge but even this did not get refunded to me. The second item was also slightly faulty. At this point I did not have the time to be calling people up and waiting for replacements to be sent again so I just left it. Disappointed.”

“The sink we ordered arrived twice broken so we had to pay a plumber a call out fee each time as he had put us in his books to carry out work on both times. Spoke to a lovely lady when we had to order for the 3rd time, was helpful and made sure order would be double wrapped. It is a shame I can’t give you 10 as it is a beautiful bathroom suite and reasonable price”

“It took several weeks between me ordering the bath panel and you delivering it, I wouldn't use you again if that is you speed of order fulfillment.”

“Your representative clearly stated the shower screen I purchased had a swivel return, even after I asked twice about this,consequently this resulted in me having extra cost in wasted time with my fitter.I then had to repackage the item and arrange a return to yourselves, further more having to chase up the refund. You must improve upon these aspects of your business.”

“Not really that happy, had a catalogue of faults, mistakes in deliveries, not very quick at getting back to you or effectively resolving problems, currently in my 4th week of waiting for a refund on items returned and signed off by you, even though ive e mailed and called several times.”
