“Shelf bracket had only 3 fixings. I was promised the 4th would arrive in the post within 3 days of my complaint. It still hasn't arrived so we cannot use the shelf. I Emailed them again to remind them it hasn't arrived and that I am very annoyed. Their email system cannot cope with the demand and it appears I have to wait a further 7 days before receiving an answer. Just not good enough!”

“You lost the radiators when they were being delivered, so they were delivered 4 days late - creating great inconvenience with my plumber. It took me about 5 phone calls to resolve.”

“Great product. Great value. Plenty of choice. Delivered on time. Additional item delivered FOC. Good feedback from my plumber who fitted the bathroom. Only area for improvement was lack of communication regarding out of stock product. Received an automated email to say it was out of stock and date it would be back in stock but no further updates apart from when the date got pushed back (another automated email). A call would've been useful to update.”

“We contacted you as one of the 2 items ordered was damaged. You said you would send a refund for the item and asked for us to dispose of it. We to date have received no refund from you. PayPal have now opened a dispute. We’ve been palmed off at every interaction since just being told “it’s been refunded” even though we have proved it’s not been received.”
