“I bought a 600x670mmm double-door silvered mirrored bathroom unit form Soak and it's the worst piece of garbage I've ever bought. Completed unfit for purposes, it's then badly made (all out of line), started rusting within days, the mirroring has simply flacked off within weeks and fit only for the bin after month (looking like something I'd found in a junk yard). Soak have then continued to give it '5 stars'; with these entirely made up by themselves, despite knowing the unit is junk.”

“I didn’t buy this but bought the Trent 600 mm sink unit.. I sent in a form last Friday detailing the damage on it when it was received. Soak emailed that I would receive a reply in 48 hours. I’m still waiting.... soak Dear , We have received your message And will contact you soon You filled the contact form on our site with the following info: Subject of your query: Damage Product code: 'Trent 600mm wall hung vanity' Order number: 2419386 Additional comments: Hi I received my Trent wall hung vanity last week but upon opening there are several bits of damage which I have photographed. The chipboard vase is cracked where the fixing has been tightened too much and a similar crack in the internal shelf.. I have taken photos. There are also no fixings or instructions as to how to secure the unit to the wall”

“I have two toilets from Soak both of which were damaged. Still awaiting a third toilet and a call back from customer services. This is holding up the completion of the bathroom, builders have another job to go onto and still no resolution!!!”

“my items arrived without toilet..i phoned and asked where it was and was told itwas on the screen it was missing when shipped and I wouid be informed by email when they found it in warehouse....I cancelled fitter and waited ...I then received email saying my order was despatched...not giving a date...I arrived home from work to find it on front garden....really bad service....I wont be using them again ...wouldent recommend them to anybody.....product good value though...just not worth the hassle”
