“Soak failed to deliver 3 Times in a row! I have wasted 2 weeks waiting for a delivery that never turned up and keep getting delayed. I end up giving up entirely and asked for full refund. Will not use Soak again.”

“I recently ordered a bath from soak and was highly delighted with the product and service. I decided to order a vanity unit with counter top sink and ufortunately we didnt receive the same service, although the product is good the customer er sevice team were not as good as I had hoped - I received an email saying product had been despatched then day after receive another email saying it was out of stock for a few weeks, I actually received delivery 2 days later so very co fusing.”

“Dreadful service - we spent nearly £1,000 on radiators. They didn’t turn up for over two weeks. They informed us he radiators would be delivered between 7am-7pm on a particular day via email confirmation, so I had taken the day off work, lo and behold the delivery did not arrive. My partner spoke to three separate managers to try to resolve the problem as they still haven’t delivered the products, every time we called back, they would say the managers are in meetings. By the time we finally arranged a re-delivery, we informed them we would only be from home from 3pm onwards, they confirmed they would make sure they would delivery would come after 3pm and yet they still delivered this at the wrong time - even after we informed them we would only be returning from holiday at 3pm onwards. An absolute joke. We will never order from this sham of a company again.”

“They did not .Arrogant and incorrect customer services and I have a tap that does not fit the basin. Follow up email never came .Packaging showed a tap base .With this it would have fitted .Very disappointing.”

“I was happy with the radiator but very unhappy with the delivery service, paid extra for next day delivery but it failed to arrive, when called to find out why they didn’t know apologised and said that the delivery fee would be refunded and gave me the telephone number of the delivery company to find out what had happened. The radiator arrived two days after the original date which put my schedule out. I called to check if my delivery fee had been refunded and it hadn’t and that was rectified. First time using Soak not to sure if l would use again.”

“products are of a high quality. Pity toilet pan does not have fixing kit included Delivery service needs to give you a two hour slot for delivery, not 8.00am to 18.00pm. Driver very courteous and professional.”

“They didn’t. Ordered two sets of tiles, received confirmation of order and delivery. They didn’t arrive on the specified date so I left it a few days to make sure they weren’t just late, nothing. Rang soak.com who promised they’d look into it and get back to me, they didn’t. Rang again the next day, was put on hold for ages to then be told that the warehouse had not processed the order as there was no stock nor was there going to be. This wasn’t the case when I ordered (according to their website) and the money had come out of my account. In the 2 weeks since I’d placed the order, I’d had no phone call to say this was the case, no phone call to say they weren’t coming. If I hadn’t have rung, they’d have kept the money and just never delivered the tiles.”
