We selected a delivery date, received multiple emails and text message confirming the delivery date, took the date off work to wait for the delivery but nothing arrived. I emailed Soak numerous times but didn't receive a response. I called their delivery partner (DX) who said Soak hadn't sent them the items in time, so the order would arrive at a later date. This request for feedback has been the first comms I've received since placing my order. I tried to cancel the order so I could purchase from elsewhere but I wasn't able to contact anyone by phone (recorded 'hold' music for extended periods) or email. I cannot comment on the quality of the items I ordered, as they have still not arrived.

Firstly the £800 order was placed for all in stock items, with numerous delivery dates available, I gave 2 weeks notice so thought there would be no issues with delivery. Come the delivery date, after waiting in all day, @ 7pm finally the delivery arrived, only to be 5 radiator valves, and the 5 radiators totalling the majority of the £800 spend to soak was nowhere to be seen. This then meant I had to cancel the contractor who was fitting the radiators sat and loose my deposit. Soak customer service said on contacting them it was the delivery firms mistake and could do nothing, could not confirm if the delivery would take place the following mon or any useful detail despite me advising I would not be in, which was the whole reason for booking a specific date / taking time off work to be in to take delivery. The delivery firm then on mon confirmed my order was now scheduled for the following fri, and that it was Soaks fault the original full order did not take place due to how they sent the order through to them! The delivery firm is now also quoting 3 items to arrive when I have paid for 5 and I have had no response to the complaint I have made directly to Soak via their own feedback form online. As a result I am out of pocket, still non the wiser if I will get my correct order now some 4 weeks after placing the order and Soak taking full payment, having to take more time off work, and seemingly no one being bothered at Soak to acknowledge this lack of service and do a thing about it. As a result I will be looking at cancelling the order to get my £800 back and not ordering from Soak again.

I had to call and chase delivery as hadn't heard anything after a week. I was given a delivery date, but then a few days before the date, I received a text at 17:30 saying it would be delivered the next day, so arrange last minute leave from work. It never turned up and I wasn't contacted. I was emailed advising it was damaged and could take up to another 8 Working days to arrive. Iv emailed you but had no response. WHEN IS IT GOING TO BE DELIVERED???? I brought an entire bathroom elsewhere and received it all in 5 Calendar days and was kept informed the whole time , this is the only this I brought from Soak and its holding up my whole bathroom renovation. I understand things get damaged but Soaks communications are beyond poor. Wasted a day off work , and had to rearrange my entire bathroom renovation and still don't know when its going to be here. And the whole time you have my money!

Delivery arrived on time and was extremely well packed. All products were of excellent quality and i love my new bathroom suite ! I would recommend Soak.com 100%

Basin waste spec was 1 1/4 inch however the waste supplied was 1 1/2 inch which resulted in an extra trip to purchase bottle trap and a loss of 2 hours on the job. The item supplied is good quality however and would still use Soak again.

Very unhappy paid for selected delivery date and item did not arrive was told I would be refunded and given another specific delivery date, item did not arrive. I’ve received no refund on delivery I paid for and item arrived over a week after I’d ordered. Trying to phone is a joke with time spent waiting to speak to someone

I ordered my shower screen on the 26/02/19 phoned up and spoke to an advisor after 1 week to see when it would be delivered and was told Friday. Waited in all day Friday got to 2pm and phoned to see where it was, I was told it had not even been dispatched from soak. Explained plumber booked to fit it on Monday 11th March I was assured that my complaint would be escalated to management as they would need to deal with it but I would definitely receive an email. Now Sunday and no contact

I ordered my items before reading the reviews on line I was really worried after reading all the bad reviews I got a text the night before plus a email they rang me when they were a couple of minutes away all my items were delivered and nothing was broken I used them last year and had no problems with them that’s why I didn’t read the reviews.

I placed an order (showing as in stock in the website) 14 days ago and it's still not arrived. This is now the third request I've received to "rate my purchase", which will be tricky as I've not received it yet!!

I ordered my product two weeks ago and it is yet to arrive, I haven't received any confirmation of dispatch but I have received 2 emails now asking me to review a radiator that hasn't arrived. Been on hold to your contact number for 45mins as your fb messenger says 'we aren't here right now.' Supposed to be getting it fitted at the start of the week.
