“NOT A VERY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT NOT HAPPY WITH THE FINISHING OF THE PRODUCT”

“Delivery stated 2 -7 working days. Ordered with fingers crossed as plumber was booked to come in 5 days. When not despatched after two days I rang and they upgraded delivery to next day free of charge. Paid original delivery price which at £7.99 was still expensive”

“Was very unimpressed by our 2nd delivery from soak .com. Our first order was taken and dispatched in fantastic time, we received it in the time stated. However our second order which was more expensive was not handled well at all, it was certainly overlooked and no communication was received. When we phoned a week later it took 5 mins to fine then to be told it would be another 3 days. If we had not have phoned, the order would have still been outstanding. Very poor service I feel.”

“I’ve not even received my valves or any other part of my order. Dealing with Soak has been horrendous, they are simply an awful company to do business with. 3 days I’ve taken off work to be at home to receive my delivery, 3 days I’ve had plumbers on site to fit my radiators and Soak have failed to deliver them every single time!!! The purchase has cost me a fortune in lost time and fees for my contractors.”

“Re-doing my bathroom was a nightmare as most DIY / bathroom sites are like trying to speak a different language, on a site optimised for calculators. Soak was just a nicer experience, with easy to use comms channels to findout whether my delivery was happening the next day. Good job”

“I have not received the 15mm angle valves (with the towel rail) even though I paid for these, thus, I am really disappointed. Please ensure these valves are processed asap (I spoke with a customer adviser today (15NOV2017) therefore I hope these are ordered for next day delivery....”

“After another company sent the wrong Item The Plummer recommended I try Soak. I went on line found the right sight & Sink , I phoned a lovely lady there who was so helpful had the Sink sent out in 24 Hours. What a Godsend That was. It arrived on time in great condition.”
