“Band broke when I put it on. Replied to the email they sent saying they would fix any issues, no one replied. Sent 2 more emails, no one responded. Now trying to send the band back but it's not refunding the amount I spent, they are charging me to send back a diffective product. Steer way clear of this brand, not worth it. Poor quality, poor customer service.”
“I was hoping this was the same quality as the Apple braided band. Sadly it isn't. It has a "plastic-y" feel and lacks quality.

“I used the sizing tool and was between a M and L. So, I ordered a M thinking that would be snug and helpful for workouts, especially running. The band is narrower than I would like, especially for an Apple Watch Ultra. The band fits too loosely for workouts and the resulting heart rate data is poor and likely incorrect. I think the quality of the band is good, but I can't see myself using it. I've already discontinued using it after a few days.”

“Not impressed. Printed out the solace bands ruler, and according to my credit card it was printed to the correct scale. The band shows up much narrower than it shows in the pictures and far too small. I get to pay $3.99 in fees to get some of my money back. Great first impression.”
