“I like the cream but not the new packaging. I don't like the push top that dispenses only a small amount of cream. I want to be able to scoop out the amount of cream I want and to get the last bits when the jar is almost empty. The push top prevents that. If I had known the product came in this packaging I would not have bought it.”

“I'm excited about using the product - great reviews support your products. My one complaint is I got an email stating 20% off and nowhere was I given "a code" so when I checked out did not have a code and spent over $200 without a discount. Rating would be very good otherwise”

“I love this product but my new order came in and half the contents of the toner had leaked out. I'm trying to find a way to contact them but the website is not made for customer service and does not allow an area for comments about damagaged good. I think they just wait for the customer to give up becasue it is so hard to contact someone there.”

“Great products, poor service, very expensive international shipping. Occasionally Solvaderm send a product with damage. On this order iHealth sent the wrong product. This can be a nightmare to sort out. Friendly, helpful on the phone or email then nothing happens at least not without a great deal of ongoing additional effort from the customer. Possibly symptomatic of poor communication within the company or Solvaderm/ iHelath but whatever it is it sure is infuriating.”

“I just received my order today. I haven't rated it because, I haven't opened it because I can not afford it. The day I placed my order my husband and son came home with news they had both lost their jobs. So, I need to return the order. How may I do make a return? Thank you. Edie Walker 11/19/2019”

“The free sample of Ace-Ferulic I had requested as part of my order was empty when I received it. The contents were all over both the inner sealed bag and the outer postage bag. So no free sample. I had exactly the same problem with a full size Ace-Ferulic purchased about a year ago which cost a small fortune. When I mentioned this the Solvaderm staff member with whom I was chatting didn't seem to care. I did! I also think it is very deceptive hanging free tags around the necks of full-size products when, in fact, the offer is only for sample size. In Australia you would be in trouble for that kind of thing.”

“I love the product however I live in Canada and with the exchange rate it cost me too much for shipping. I also had to pay another $30 for taxes and custom fees. I am not sure that I will purchase again unless some of the fees are removed.”

“It was good and fast but the items expires too soon August 2020 The client should not be responsible for return shipping costs. I think I'm not going to use the 3 creams before they expire”

“The product is OK. I am disappointed by the extra packaging and having an interior tube. It disguises the actual amount of product being sold. I do not think I will purchase Solvaderm any longer. Its an OK product but not worth the costs and its pretense.”

“I can't comment on the product yet, because I've just started using it. I'll know better in a month. I do have a problem with the delivery, duties, and taxes though. I've ordered other items from the U.S. and I've never had to pay duty and taxes. Why am I being charged these with Solvaderm? Also, when I order online, there are no options for delivery, so the product is sent as "international priority". It's not a priority! It could be put in a pouch and sent by snail mail. It cost me $29.00 just for the delivery, almost half the cost of the product itself! So I need you to offer some other delivery options. Please respond.”
