“I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. I paid $25 for shipping on boots that didn’t arrive until a month later, after I emailed to check because the estimated delivery, and the event I bought them for was over. I also measured my calves to make sure they would fit, and they are too small, but I’m not going to return them and pay another outrageous shipping fee and restocking. I could’ve bought them in Houston same day, but I had a credit…too complicated to bother with again.”

“I will not order from your site again. The shorts were too small and when I tried to return them all the information was not in English. I sent an email about an exchange for a size medium. I eventually received a response requesting a picture of the shorts. This surprised me because checking my order by your staff would have shown what I ordered. However I provided a picture and sent it and never got a response. So I have a pair of shorts that I can't wear.”

“You ladies would not change a size that I accidentally selected the same day I selected it. I realized the mistake literally 10 mins after the mistake and emailed you but you still would not help me!!! So here I am stuck with the wrong size. I would not recommend your store to anyone baised on this experience. It would not have been that hard to change one thing on my order when you can clearly see that I would never order a SMALL when everything that I have ever ordered was a Xlg or Lg. I sent an email the same day that I ordered and you ladies told me that it was already shipped. Well it might have been but I didn’t get it for another 10-15 days and you would not let me return it. Very disappointed in this company. A mistake is a mistake and clearly it was since I messaged you the moment I realized it. It was not the sequin squirt it was the sequin shirt black and gold!”

“I recevied an order but had to return an item. Once the return was received back by Southern Fried Chicks on 2/22/24 I got an email stating they would send me the items I wanted in exchange. I am yet to receive my exchange merchandise, nor my money back. I have emailed several times, tried calling several times with NO RESPONSE at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from this company.”
