“SFC’s quality and customer service has declined rapidly in the last 3 years. When I first began buying their clothes they seemed high quality and small batch with unique pieces. Now it appears they must be drop shipping or colabeling as many of the clothes don’t have the same fit or high quality texture former pieces did. I am very disappointed with my last 3 orders and have will no longer shop there. This doesn’t even touch on how long it now takes to receive items (2-4 months) and their return policy which would appears to be an urban legend since there are endless exclusions to prevent you from using it. I hope they revamp completely and get back to the quality they once had. :(”

“If I could leave you 0 stars I would. It takes months and months to get orders in. There is literally no cares given from customer service. No return emails or calls. I had to file a complaint through the BBB and STILL no response. Besides that, I am not finding the same clothing items on wish and they come in the same quality in less time for a fraction of the price.”
