“I preordered the Bubblegum Duster. Website said it could take up to 8 weeks. Never got an update on my order. I had to email customer service at 8 weeks and received it at 13 weeks. Poor customer service. They resolved the issue but only after I brought it to their attention twice.”

“I have emailed and Facebook messaged with NO REPLY. Y’all sent me the WRONG dress and I’m extremely upset. It was for my anniversary. The one I wanted and ordered was pink, red, orange, and silver glitter. I got one that was purple, green blue, and pink. I HATE PURPLE. I’ve tried to get in contact with y’all with no reply I’ve loved your products but this experience has turned me off from your company.”
