“I had ordered boots and a Sherpa. The boots came right away but the Shera was a pre-order and took two months to get. I had no problem with that because of the problems with uses and deliveries in general. I like both items. If it hadn't been for the awesome sales, I would have never been able to get them.”

“Your company is absolutely terrible.. I still have 73$ floating around in their pocket but I never received what I ordered and as if that wasn’t bad enough, considering one of the ordered items was a birthday gift I had already told someone they were getting, theeeeen I get BLOCKED FROM THEIR FACEBOOK when I try to reach out for an inquiry.. I sent multiple unanswered snd unopened messages over a 3 week period, and I also left multiple voicemails without even ONE SINGLE CALL being returned. The sad part is... I had to ordered placed and my first one was great, but I promise you guys for the way you have treated me, I’ve made sure to tell everyone I possibly could and then some. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!! Thank god for PayPal to be able to return my money from these THEIVES! Below I’ve attached MULTIPLE screenshots of attempts to settle this without trashing the company’s name but, they don’t seem to care either way. So if they don’t how people view them, neither do I 🤗”

“The items I ordered are lovely. I would of put 5 stars but it gets 4 stars due to the turn around period on receiving the items. It took approximately 2 months before receiving them. 5 stars though go to the staff for responding to emails and reassuring they would send them. It just took 2 months.”

“Two stars for one of the three products I ordered, the glitter shoes are great. The mauve, white, L blue and D blue tie dye duster I ordered came as this ugly pink, mauve, bluish purple dingy dirty looking thing! The sequin duster is very thin cheap made and very itchy! Ordered these on November 30th for a Christmas present, two showed up end of the first week in January, the other not until the End of January! So you keep your lousy 10% discount for a review. Unsubscribed, blocked and deleted!! Too-da-loo!!”

“I placed an order in November of 2020, and received my package last month, granted I learned that what I had ordered was a “pre-order” which is why it took so long to get to me. I wasn’t too happy about that, but overall I was happy with my items. I’ve been complimented numerous times on the boots I ordered. I might consider purchasing in the future and just word of advice make sure you pay attention to whether it’s a pre-order especially if you’re needing it ASAP.”
