“I ordered items in early December, I did not see the fine print that items may not deliver before Christmas. When I called about 20 days after my order was placed I was told that because one item was a pre-order that my other items would not be shipped until all items were in stock and they would ship all items together. I wish I had read previous customer reviews and I would probably not have ordered from them. Customer service was horrible and it was a flat out lie that all items would be shipped together as the items shipped separately. Items were nice but very disappointed with the luring discounts that couldn't be fulfilled in a timely manner.”
