“You make a purchase, NOT PREORDER, and it’s take over 3 months to get partial part of the order then to be notified when filling a complaint that the other part of the order is sold out!! Horrible, why sell items if you can’t keep on top of the inventory? Second how and why are you items sizing all over the place..??? Once I have been able to receive partial part of my orders that have actual fit the items are extremely cute however I do t like to gamble with my money if it’s gonna fit plus wonder how long it’s gonna take to arrive!”

“I have a mixed review. I have ordered twice from this company and had no issues, the products were great and i received them in a good time frame. However, this last time i ordered a Christmas shirt several weeks prior to Christmas and received it two weeks ago. I messaged customer support and they assured me it was just late and would be shipping soon even after i asked for a refund. Had they refunded my money instead of sending the shirt I would be been a lot happier with my purchase.”

“I placed a pre-order for a cow hide sherpa in October. I did not realize that a pre-order would mean 3 months. I did get a pair of cow hide sneakers for free with my order, but unfortunately I ordered a size 10 (my size) and they did not fit. My daughter was able to wear them, so it made her happy. The clothing and shoes were of good quality, but I wish that I had more information regarding the pre-order. Not sure I will order again.”

“I did a preorder for 2 jackets specifically for Christmas. Order was placed 10/16 and I did not receive till end of January. I never received and email detailing how long shipping ect would be and customer service was vague at best when I called. I want to order again but I need a clear time things will come to me. These were Jackets and in TX i only have maybe 2-3 weeks to wear them after receiving .”

“Recieved my shirt after 6 weeks. I knew it was made to order but expected it to be perfect. It is a cheap cotton HUGE MENS tee shirt with a small neck hole. It is awful. Looks like a paper bag but chokes around my neck. I have ordered MANY things the past couple years. Some good but when it's bad...it's real bad. I've had to pay more money to return items due to incorrect size and wait weeks on out for items. I've had ALL 3 pieces of the brand logo yoga/workout clothes have holes in them and shred instantly from when I recieved them. I've contacted customer service immediately and they apologized and said they would get back to me with replacement or refund AND THEY NEVER DID. I know its a small company that is growing but customer service needs to step it up in order to keep clients returning. Sadly this last shirt was one I was looking forward to and didn't mind waiting soooooo long because I really wanted it. But to recieve it and know I could never wear it AND the company will not do anything to make it right ..... “I had been eyeing this shop for a long time, when they had a sale I had oh ordered a neon sherpa and earrings. The package arrived within a week and I tried it on. I'm very petite so the xs was still large on me, but more so my husband pointed out a discoloration on the side of my new sherpa. Like some of the blue dye ran onto the pink sherpa. The pattern is messed up on the side because of this. The store offered me credit. I'd be livid has I paid full price, but I got it for 22 bucks instead of 60. It works well for around the house but it was a poor first impression. I had no problem with the earrings I ordered and at this point I'd ordered a cow print sherpa I had wanted for a long time that was finally in stock. Again its large for an xs but I'm tiny. But the quality of my second purchase is good and I'm willing to order again should something catch my eye.”
