“I placed an order on July 13 and on July 23 I received my package. What was sent is not what I ordered. I sent a message on July 23 and July 30 through the website under “contact us.” I still have not heard back from Southern Fried Chics. I know both my messages were sent since I received an email confirmation right after I sent them to my personal email and have communicated through the website before when I had a question about an item being back in stock from June 2020. I am really disappointed with the customer service and I have an item that was sent to me that I did not even order and was not sent the item I ordered. At this point I would just like a refund, what I had ordered was for an event and I had to go find something else.”

“I ordered two masks, one for myself and one for my 9 year old daughter. My mask fits great and I really like it, however, my daughters will not stay on her face. It is very large and can fit my face comfortably. It falls off of her ears and when it does stay hooked onto her ears, it falls below her mouth. I specifically ordered a youth, and that’s what the packaging stated, but this mask is definitely too big for a child.”

“I ordered a dress to wear after my wedding from Fried Chics. I saw this dress as a Facebook ad and I always get nervous about these ads because I've been burned a few times. The dress was excellent quality, fit perfectly, and didn't take long to receive. I absolutely will be ordering from here again. It's definitely not one of these Chinese companies that steals other designers clothes makes them cheaper and takes months to deliver those items. This place is legit and amazing!”
