“I was so excited to get my purchase and I waited very patiently for it to finally arrive. I understand things are a little backed up due to covid and holidays. When it arrived, the Sherpa Jacket I had ordered (which was the item I was most excited about), was completely the wrong size. I ordered a 2xl and received a medium. I have emailed and called and never have gotten a response. I’m so sad that the customer service has been so terrible. I really wish there was a way to fix this. 😭 I understand that the jacket I ordered is now out of stock, but an answer would be nice.”
