“I think if you offered exchanges on products even if the tags are taken off people wouldn’t deter from buying from you next time I don’t think I will buying again I bought a beautiful jacket and tried it on and it was too big and couldn’t even exchange it for the smaller size sometimes just making the customer happy is better in the long run”

“A one star review is too much. I'll start with the cowprint sherpa that I ordered from this company. The outside looks nice, the inside however feels like the underside of a cheap scratchy rug. The log on the outside is GINORMOUS and just looks tacky. I ordered a small and its incredibly too long. Looks like a dress more than a sweater. Second, the customer service is awful. A terrible product bought anywhere else wouldve resulting in a paid return box and a refund. False advertising is all the women posing in these ads smiling like they're wearing a brand new northface or carhartt sweater. No way they truly think this sweater is worth the $63 I paid for it... Absolutely disappointing and they want to be known for their great quality products. Buyers stay away.... far away... I've also filed a complaint with the BBB even though they aren't certified.”
