“I LOVE everything I've gotten from SFC. However the orders take way too long to get. If you are planning on ordering something for a special occasion, make sure you order months ahead of time. Also I had a return and only could get store credit back, which was fine with me because I wanted other items, but some people would not be ok with that. Also when you call to check on order, there isn't a real person on the other end. Love the products.”

“Sizes are massively off and it's very disappointing. I went a whole size up in the Liz cognac boots and not even half my foot goes in them. So now I'm out the money and the boots because you refuse to exchange. I can understand not giving refunds but it would be good customer service to exchange or if you don't have it offer store credit but not a single thing was done to make things right for misrepresented sizes on your end and customer service was absolute garbage!”

“It took months to get my order. I contacted customer service twice, in addition to going through Facebook to try to chase down my order. No one ever responded. I had to file a claim through PayPal to get my order shipped. This is how businesses fail. I will definitely not be back.”

“I find it comical that I keep getting asked to write a review or asked how my experience was. The company knows it was not a good experience. The company knows my review won’t be a good one. I placed a pre order order in october that was to be filled mid November is what I was told. End of November I still had not received my order so I wrote in and ask what to expect. I was told basically they had no clue either and could offer nothing as to when my order would be filled. December I was looking on the website and noticed the order I was waiting for was no longer a preorder and was up for regular sale. I emailed the company and they finally sent out my order the next day. Why does it take me tracking you down twice! To figure out where my order is? It has nothing to do with shopping. I find it pretty disgusting to keep blaming the lack of organizing skills on shipping. This could have been a great company I loved a lot of things on the website however will not buy anything else because I don’t want to deal with the poor management. Fix the organization and stop blaming customers and shipping for your short comings.”

“Clothing does not fit according to regular sizing and customer service is very poor. Return policy is non existent and when cannot return something because it does not fit is ridiculous. The items are poorly made and I will never buy from this Company again and every chance I get I will post on your FB page to not order and to read the reviews.”
