“I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order before Christmas. After reading some comments on a post I wasn't sure if this was a legur company or not. But I received my order in a timely fashion. I love my boots although they don't zip up all the way but thats just more motivation for me to get in Shape. I will likely purchase from this company again in the near future.”

“I was extensively happy with their merchandise and even bought my wedding dress from them. However my last purchase I wasn’t happy with the quality. It took me 5 weeks to receive the order and I wanted to return due to dislike of the items. I’m told that if it’s on sale for 25% off or more it’s a final sale. I think this is wrong and really changes my thoughts about ever ordering again. I can understand if it were old stock they were getting rid of but this is current stock. 😡”

“I don’t typically leave reviews, especially not negative ones. However I am very disappointed with this company. I waited over 2.5 months to get my stuff and was continually told it would come the next month and they kept pushing the date back. Then once I did finally receive my order the quality was terrible. The price point on this stuff definitely doesn’t match the quality! Wouldn’t recommend wasting your money.”

“My last order I ordered the wrong size by mistake. As soon as I realized I sent an email. The reply email said they couldn’t change it but said that they could cancel the order and issue a credit and I could reorder it. I said that would be fine. Well guess what showed up in the mail? A dress that I’ll ever be able to to wear. I’ll never order again. I’m beyond mad.”

“First of all the amount of time you have to wait to receive your items is not 14 days. I made an order the end of October and did not receive my items until December 16th. I also requested a refund on Dec 4th and they ignored my request. Only to send my items out anyway weeks and reply back to my email only once my items were shipped. Terrible customer service.”
