“Ordered one pair of the snake skin leggings on November 17th 2020. Still haven't received them. Have messaged several times and each time I was assured that they "made their shipping department prioritize my order". Still nothing. I order from several boutiques online and none handle their customers the way SFC handles theirs. I will never order again. I will also be removing myself from the VIP group and unfollowing the facebook page, as soon as I get a full refund back to my card.”

“I am disappointed because I ordered a pair of shoes that were the wrong size. They show correct size were in stock but I could not exchange or return due to shoes on sale. I just wanted correct size ☹️”

“My return was rejected due to it being a sale item, but even so....spending almost $50 on a dress and not being able to wear it sucks. First item I’ve tried to return, second item that didn’t fit (first one did but was way too short as a top and nothing like the photo). I LOVED SFC, but won’t be purchasing again. I’ve purchased 5 things from them in 2020 and 2 didn’t fit correctly and were in returnable, but also half of the cost I’ve spent with them. One item was a pair of shoes so essentially you get a 50/50 chance of things fitting correctly, but unless you buy them at full price....your chance of returning them is....unlikely. All I wanted to do was exchange the dress for the next size up. Same color wasn’t available so chose the ONLY OTHER COLOR that had the size available....”

“Absolutely Ecstatic that I found shoes that 1) fit, 2) are comfortable and 3) are beyond CUTE!!! I am an extremely large lady with big and wide feet and after buying 2 pair of Glitter Bomb shoes and finding how well they fit, I went back and ordered 4 more pair!!! I’m a School Bus Driver and they match my Quirkiness and the kids love seeing me with my crazy outfits! THANK YOU SFC, I LOVE THEM!!!”

“Terrible. I still haven’t received an order placed in Nov and no one will help me. There is another missing order they said I’ve received and haven’t. Finished with them and have to call the bank for a refund now for over $200. Terrible customer service. Don’t call- they won’t answer. Kathleen Adams”
