“Im still waiting on a preorder from October that was supposed to be here early December. Many people who ordered after I did received theirs already. I was told they had arrived in the warehouse two weeks ago and I still have no ship notification. I have also left several messages in different ways and have not been contacted back. I did receive my preorder boots. They were shipped in a bag and the bag was damaged when I received it., luckily the boots seemed in damaged. The zippers do not zip up easily and seem to be on the verge of breaking. They are pretty but I do not feel I got the quality for the price paid.”
