“Takes forever to get a response...... all I receive is unwanted emails to order problems. Then a week later someone emails you. Pitiful....... then the lady I finally spoke with got upset and cried because I was upset with the customer service!!! Gave me the “I’m the only one here” speech. Well, I’m sorry but you need to hire enough people to effectively run your day to day operation. Done with SFC. Still haven’t gotten my shoes , Don’t expect I will either.”
