“Unfortunately right now my review is not a good one. I pre-ordered an item, because I’d been happy with some previous purchases. The item was purchased when the return policy stated it could only be returned for store credit, which I was fine with. Once I received the order o was disappointed to find it fit me all wrong so I contacted customer support to return and was told it was now considered final sale under a new policy. I reached out with several emails and got through to someone on messenger, but once I mentioned my concern was ignored and never received another response. It’s unfortunate because I love a lot of the items, but the lack of response and customer service I’ve experienced with this last order had left me not wanting to be a return customer.”

“Would not allow me to return my shoes. So I had to return them myself by returning to sender. They were way off on size and honestly cheaply made.”

“I love the clothing. I would give 5 stars except for the dresses being so short. I bought the pink sequin dress and it was very short and im only 5ft. I bend over and you can see my behind. I will just have to wear leggings with it but its still great!”
