“I am very upset with the return and refund process and customer service. I placed an order and then immediately tried to cancel the order through customer service because it was incomplete. Cannot cancel orders after you have completed the purchasing process. Placed another order after completion right after the first order. Went through the return process for the first package, the package was delivered to the company’s warehouse THREE WEEKS AGO! Still have yet to receive my refund or a response from the company in regards to the return. I would like to return the second order for a refund, but scared I won’t get refunded for these products either.”
