“You're kidding, right? I've already told all of my friends to NEVER order from you. I'm also flooding my Facebook feed with what an AWFUL company you are. I ordered a size 8 shoe. YOU SENT ME A SIZE 7. YOU MADE THIS MISTAKE. NOT ME. But, when I requested a refund because of YOUR MISTAKE, you told me that you would not refund my money because the item was on sale. YOU ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY. I WOULDN'T ORDER FROM YOU IF YOUR ITEMS WERE FREE. Now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that is a size too small, sent by a RIDICULOUS company who refuses to acknowledge their mistake and MAKE IT RIGHT. My original message I sent to you was very nice, by the way. I understand mistakes get made. BUT A GOOD, REPUTABLE, HONEST COMPANY CORRECTS THOSE MISTAKES. IT DOESN'T PENALIZE A CUSTOMER WHEN THEY DID NOTHING WRONG. If I could give you ZERO stars, I would. My review of your company: YOU SUCK.”

“I was very excited to wear this adorable dress to a friends wedding. I paid the extra 25$ for rush shipping. It said it fit true to size. I received an email it shipped 5 days after the original order and the dress was too big. It is very cute but of course it came several days after the events. So I am disappointed that 25 $ worth of rush shipping equals a week and a half. And the dress is baggy. Also the waist is very scratchy around the waist. I have not tried to return yet due to the cost I already paid for shipping. The dress is very cute and looks like the picture but still disappointed.”
