“I Love your products. But, am disappointed when I order and then hours later they drop by up to 20% off what I ordered. If we order on a day your going to have a bigger sale, would yall consider letting your return customers have that deal. Also I don't know how to use all my extra 10% or 15% off I get everytime I order. Everytime I try, I have to forgo the better discount and take the lower discount, which I don't. So my reward is lost. And I have spent way over the $100 and yet to get free shipping? Just some FYI! I'm also starting to order for my gdaughter now. So, I'm hooked, but want the full advantage. Can we see more boots please, please!🙂 Thank yall! Love your products! Great clothes!”

“I will never order from this store again. It was my first and last time. It's a shame because their clothes are cute. However, nowhere during my purchase was I informed a "pre-order" was a "final order", and could not be exchanged for a different size. All I wanted to do was exchange the size because it was way to big (nothing else was wrong with it), but I was met with customer service telling me I should have read their "return policy". My first instinct is not to go to a sites return policy when ordering from them. This is the ONLY store I have never been able to exchange something. I also was not advised that my purchase was a "final sale", and their website just lists "pre-order" not "final sale", not on the item page, not on the checkout page, no on the order confirmation page. NOWHERE! So buyer beware, this company does not seem to want return business, nor care about their customers.”
