“Loved my products I received! The reason I gave 3 stars is because I emailed customer service to ask if I could change my dress size on a pre- order dress snd they told me know. They said I could just just re- order it once I received the store credit. Then they turned around and gave me a refund. Make sure you make things easy for your customers! All she had to do was update the size.”

“Needs improvement on their customer service. You can’t get through to anyone I’ve tried all communication through the company. It’s a joke.. My order was not fulfilled, I ordered 3 shirts and only received 2. I would like my refund for the shirt I didn’t receive. Order #994620.. also they deleted my comments on their social media, they only want good comments. So evidently they saw my comments on social media, and I still haven’t heard anything back from them. Poor way to run a business. My order was placed on November 5th. I’m not very happy with them as you can see..”

“I forgot to add a discount code on a purchase,(that was not a back order item) so I emailed and asked if it could be applied to the purchase. The answer was no. It’s been 3 weeks and I still have not received the purchase but an email saying The order was custom made and processing the order would take longer. This item is not a customized item,( there iwere no names added or anything special requested)this item was ordered as it shown on their website. Very disappointing.”

“They have a ton a great clothes for a good price. But pre-orders are ridiculous. I ordered 3 things the first week of November. I received the last product I ordered and cannot get an answer of a month as to when I will get the first two orders. Luckily what I ordered, was not Christmas gifts. My sister-in-law also has been awaiting a non pre-order item for a long period of time.”

“I had a bad experience. The Sherpa I ordered is very thin and not soft at all. At the price I paid, I expect a better quality product. I communicated my dissatisfaction and my desire to return it and I got the answer that I cannot return it because I used a discount code with no apologies. Even at $45 this thin shirt that you call a Sherpa is not worth it. I wouldn’t have paid more than $10 for this had I felt it and tried it on in person first. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product and the customer service. I would not recommend to a friend.”
