“I have been a customer for a while now, and I cannot seem to find anything that fits. I accidentally bought something that was on pre order , on sale. I cannot return and that is just ridiculous. It may have been in the returns section, yes and a big mistake on my part. The return policy is just garbage and I will not be giving any of my business to y’all anymore. Tired of throwing money away for no damn reason because y’all are too boujee to except store credit for non final sale items. I’m just done at this point..... take care”

“The items arrived in the time span allotted But I’ve tried contacting them multiple times about exchanging an item and no response both email and insta . The specifications on the size of the dress is what I chose and the dress ended up too big now I have a dress I paid for , stuck with cuz it doesn’t fit and no one to help me do anything about it .
