“The shirt was nice that I ordered. I’m not impressed with the customer service though. I ordered an item that was NOT labeled as preorder. I waited two full weeks to reach out and suddenly this item had a big old sticker across the image that said “pre-order.” I wouldn’t have ordered it if that was the case. It’s also odd that they can’t provide a date for the pre-ordered items just “sometime in December.” It’s kind of a bummer because their clothing is cute but I know I’m not the only customer that’s had really horrible shipping times or issues.”
