“Love the product, but they shorted me on an order of a pair of black glitter bomb shoes, emailed every email I could find asking about it with photos of my package and packing slip, and I get automated “we got message, but were busy, will get back to you” reply only. Emailed 4 times and still no reply. Good luck on order being correct and ever getting a reply for it!”
