“I generally don’t leave negative comments on commercial experiences but this is well beyond the limit of being patient. I have tried to reach customer service for almost a month to get help with an order issue. I have left multiple voice mails, emails and used the chat feature. No help! Now, I need to return a couple of items due to the issue and have waited almost a week tor an approval on one of the items. I want to send them back together to save on shipping. I also needed an answer to an item I tried to exchange. Again, not able to reach anyone! Very frustrated!! Not likely to order again because there is no confidence in getting help from customer service when there are issues.”

“I received two wrong size boots and I’ve contacted Southern Fried Chics multiple times via chat, phone/voicemail and email, to which I have received no assistance. Customer service is terrible. I love the boots but can’t wear two different sizes, I’ve requested the right size and no help. I don’t know how to fix my issue other than to dispute my payment charge.”
