“I saw the Glitter bombs and then asked if they didn’t fit-could I return! The response I got was “yes!” I ordered them, sure enough- they didn’t fit! I sent request to return/exchange and the return was rejected! I was furious!! I called, emailed, sent messenger messages and still waiting after a week and half of trying to get someone to help me! I even sent pic of messages which was sent to me saying I could return before I even ordered! I keep getting ‘Bot messages and no response from customer service! This company had terrible customer service, and I am still angry that no one has attempted to reach out even though I sent email, messenger messages, and I left voicemail!! Terrible customer service!!”

“Hello, I ordered a pair of the glitter bomb sneakers a few weeks ago and when I received them a few days ago they do not fit. They are too small. I am an 8 1/2 and sized up to 9 like you said to but they still don’t fit. When I called, I was told you will not exchange them due to the sale price. It did not say that anywhere on the website. I clicked an ad on Facebook which took me directly to the page with the glitter bomb shoes. Nowhere on there did it say that there would be no exchanges or returns. But now I am just going to be out of the money with a pair of shoes I can’t wear? I am appalled that you think this is how to run a business. I would not have bought the shoes if I knew there could not be any exchanges. You did not put that information on the page or anywhere in the check out process and that is not my fault. I would like to be refunded or exchanged for a size 10 glitter bomb sneaker. After looking over your social media pages, it seems I’m not the only one with this issue. I’ve talked with a few other people who have said you decided to actually fix their issue. You need to fix mine too please. This isn’t fair. “I was sent wrong size shoes. After four days finally got through to customer service and was told that I ordered the wrong size but we can help you exchange them no problem. I do the exchange form to find out you refuse to exchange for same item because I used a discount code. Too bad you’re stuck with wrong size. Thanks for nothing. Terrible customer service and blame the customer for mistakes. Nice job. I won’t be buying anything from this site again.”

“I would literally give zero stars if it were an option. The customer service is terrible and they find every little loophole to avoid giving a refund or exchange. I couldn't even get an exchange for the same dress in a different size because I bought it on sale? Took over a month and a half to receive my order and have never been so disappointed in a company. Needless to say, I won't need the 10% offer they're trying to send to get me to leave this review.”

“Took forever for my orders to arrive. One I placed over a month ago still hasn't arrived. I had to email and never received an actual response, just a "Congratulations, you've earned a $5 gift card." The jeans I ordered are cute, but don't give me that "good butt" we all hope for. The pockets aren't placed close enough together. The glitter shoes are low quality. The best part about the order is my "not my pasture, not my bullshit" koozie and SFC didn't event make that. I really want to love this company, but the order issues need to be fixed first before I would order anything else....even though I want to give them a second chance.”

“Unfortunately my one encounter with his company was buying a single item. Some of the glitter bomb shoes, following all the tips I sized up. Turns out they were too big. And this company very coldly said nothing they could do, they won't take a return. So now I'm out $25 with a pair of shoes I can't wear. Pretty evident the company would rather just take another 20 to $30 from my pocket rather than make a happy customer. Which is what it is, that's how they like to run things.Bummer, really wanted wear these!”

“I have ordered many pieces from Southern Fried Chics and I will say, they never disappoint! All items are high quality (even the dusters made of sequins) somehow my husband decided to throw mine in the wash on delicate cycle and I nearly cried before opening the washer lid. To my surprise only 3 sequins popped off. I don’t recommend washing it in washer haha. But that’s my example of the great quality items they carry. I still wear (almost daily in winter ) one of the first sherpa pullovers they ever carried. It’s like my comfort Clothing.”
