“Horrible experience. Take forever to get it, then sizes are way off. They won’t refund your money. They make you select from something else that also takes forever to get and then is sized too small, then they still won’t refund your money after returning it.”

“I absolutely love the styles from Southern Fried Chics! I am always eager to see what's coming next. However, I feel like I have had some real misses with substantial order delays, lack of prompt customer service, and when product finally arrive, it did not include certain features as advertised on the site (ex: modesty clasps missing or ties/belts not included). I feel like with the orders I love compared to the disappointing experiences, I would say SFC gets a 70% "success" rating from me. They are good, but they could be better.”

“At first, I was extremely disappointed because the dress I had ordered was much too small and was advertised as true to size - I have lost a lot of weight and was heartbroken that I was going to need a much, much larger size. The wonderful people at Southern Fried Chics were quick to respond with such kind and encouraging words! They were also very quick to accept my return and give me credit to the store since the dress I was exchanging was sold out in the larger size. Although I still haven't actually bought and worn clothing from this boutique, their customer service is amazing! Even when a former very big girl has a 5 alarm southern diva meltdown on them!”

“I don't really have any complaints. I love their products. I guess my only annoyance is wanting an item of clothing online & finding that it doesn't come in a bigger bust size. Some of us ladies have a bust bigger than 38 inches! Please consider extending your dresses & tops in a bigger bust size. Also consider making the jeans with a shorter inseam - the hot summer jeans are awesome but about 4 inches too long for this 5'3 gal”
