“It's unfortunate that you cannot get a credit to your original form of payment when the quality of an item is not what you expected so you're forced to purchase something else in replacement. Item took foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr to receive. Double hit when it didn't work out and then couldn't get money back.”

“My husband ordered a red dress for me for Valentine's Day. Only it didn't arrive until after Valentine's Day and was way too large. I had advised him on my size according to your size chart. Long story short, we had to return the dress. Customer service wasn't very friendly or helpful. Very matter of fact and end of story. Will use my store credit and NEVER purchase from here again. ALSO, your models are either too fat or anorexic. Not like real women! Bad image to project for any woman!”
