“Worst experience ever. Online ordering is not user friendly and customer service is non existent. It all started with some boots. The boots took a few months to be delivered. When they did come, they did not fit well. Too big. I did not return them because I had a horrible experience with returning a wrong size dress from another order. I will never order anything from this company. Save your money and time. Shop somewhere else.”

“Love their cloths line too bad it don’t fit me. I recently bought a wedding dress off of here and spoke with someone on sizing, I was informed the sizing would be fine for my large chest and the material was stretchy but in fact it didn’t fit and the fabric was stiff. Not to mention you don’t get your refund only store credit I’m very unhappy with everything honestly. I can’t buy their clothing and I’m allergic to a lot of metals so I’m super sensitive to certain jewelry so I’m slim on what I can buy and for someone with a large chest it will be a struggle to buy clothing.”

“My experience has been pretty bad. The first dress was far too short and big then I reordered two different dresses in the same size and they were far too tight and the patterns were way off. I would prefer a refund because nothing seems to work and it has costed me now on the upwards of $110 between ordering and shipping stuff back and now I have two unwearable dresses.”
