“I was VERY unhappy when I ordered the Hollywood Nights Sequin Dress for a special event I have coming up. The pictures of the colors I wanted show very clearly WHITE with red sequins. It not only took forever to actually get to my house, but the material was TAN with red sequins. Will not work for what I need and was very disappointed that the pictures were no where near the actual color! Also, it had a giant tear in the side when it was sewed together and not sure if it would be fixable.”

“Products of good quality but shipping is poor. No options for Overnight or 2 day shipping. My order took 10 days to get to me in MD and product shipped from SC 2 days before I received it which means it took 7 days to pull, package and ship in stock items. Needless to say the dress didnt make it in time for my event.”

“Customer service is lacking in response time. Took a week or two to get back to me on several occasions. You have to constantly watch your purchases and their inventory is always off. I have ordered so many things and been told after the first day they have something that it was sold out after I ordered it the very first day they had it on their site. Also, the website stays the same for months...boring.”

“Return policy sucks. Send a promo for by two dresses and get a discount. Dresses both fit poorly. Too small in bust on one dress. The other too big everywhere, poor quality. Cannot Return either, because I didn't pay full price. Most ridiculous policy, I've ever heard of.”
