“Received my dress and had an issue with it. I needed the dress for the next day (my own fault for waiting until last minute). Though southern fried chics couldn’t get me a dress the next day, they definitely took care of me in other ways and fixed the situation. Their customer service was amazing and I will deff be purchasing from here again!”

“Very disappointed in the quality. The dress I purchased was very cheaply made and nearly see through. First time ordering and discovered there is no return policy and they only give store credit, after 15 days there is a 20% restocking and you pay return shipping as well. Overall disappointing and don’t see myself ordering from the company again.”

“Shipping was SUPER fast! I got my order in less than five days and I was really impressed about that. The dress fit and is good quality, however it's not going to work for the event I'm attending. Hence the two star review. I should have read the return policy before I ordered. If I had, I never would have ordered from this site to begin with. I'd like to get my money back, but all they offer is store credit. Very disappointing.”
