“Takes way too long to receive their items. It stated when I purchased that it would ship in 1-2 weeks but it took over a month to ship. When I asked for a refund it magically shipped that day. Will not be purchasing from them again.”

“Customer Service was not what it used to be. I have shopped here for holiday gifts for the last 3 years, and this year the experience was not customer friendly at all. And there was a blatant lack of response to my emails. we finally received 2/3 of what I ordered. I have ordered these in the past and they have been wonderful. But then I read reviews where the newer ones were not so good. We will see.”

“The shipping took longer than I had expected. I did order during a black Friday sale. I reached out to customer service by email and they replied quickly. They offered to have me cancel due to the long wait. I chose to wait and the tracking was updated step by step. I will order again.”
