“The website is pretty user-friendly and makes ordering stuff very easy. We also got some nice deals on certain products. What was particularly disappointing was the fact that delivery took a very long time. It was announced a day right after the order was placed, yet it took almost an entire week for the delivery of the package.”

“Packaging mus be improved. The box was half open when it was delivered. Also the minimum quantity to buy a product was too high. For e.g., green chilies had to be bought for 1 kg minimum even if we do not need such a huge quantity. So, please reduce the min. quantity for most of he products. Thank you.”

“Everything is mostly fine with products delivered. However sometimes the delivered product is either of poor quality or in case of onions(moist, sprouted and rotten sometime) and curry leaves were old stock/dried”
