“SpiceVillage used to be our favorite place. The online delivery had highest quality vegetables. Of late the quality of vegetables came down. While the price remained high at almost 10 Euros per kilo. There is a room for improvement in price and quality. The groceries are good.”

“You’re sending all the vegetables in plastic which is disheartening for me . Even though I asked to send in wrapped paper which increases life of vegetables . Most of the time I receive spoiled vegetables and this time drumstick was spoiled but I didn’t asked for refund because I‘m tired to ask. Also plastic bags are ruining our environment badly , I don’t understand why aren’t you taking this seriously. Officially plastic are banned in Germany since 1.1 .2022. Next time I encourage you to send in either paper bag or in wrapped paper .”

“The vegetables were not that fresh. 20 % of Parwal was yellow. Couple of them were rotten. Lauki looks ok. Karela, 70% of them were partially rotten. Turai, one of them was rotten on top. Even mango., one had a cut on it.”
