“Some items delivered have very short life span esp edible ones like jam . With less than two months expiry it is sad that it was delivered.”

“spice village has maintained there service well, vegetables are delivered in fresh condition. there is issue in website that they should fix it. the cart gets updated automatically, sometimes with extra quantity of items. this should be fixed”

I wont have time to compare everything to see which one is costly on your store vs others, but I can talk about the products I buy normally, the rest I normally dont have to care right ! For example today I ordered products on your store as well as on jamoona. see the difference on the product I selected. Item Jamoona Spicevillage Daawat - 5kg Original Basmati Rice 12.59 € 13.99 TRS - 500g Brown Chickpeas (Kala Chana) 1.39 € 1.79 TRS - 2kg Chana Dal 5.49 € 6.49 TRS - 2kg Moong Beans whole 6.49 € 6.99 Khanum - 1kg Butter Ghee 7.99 € 9.49 KTC - 250ml Pure Coconut Oil 2.79 € 2.99 TRS - 100g Cumin Seeds 1.09 € 1.29 € Kingfisher - 330ml Premium Lager Beer 1.69 € 1.99 39.52 € 45.02 Difference 5.50 € These products I ordered today and you can see the difference is about 5.5Euros( on 8 items). Now I completely agree that there will be differences due to offers and brands and EOE sales etc. But as I mentioned in my previous email, I been ordering from your store may for the last 1.5 years and I see the major difference in brands which are available on both store even on others as well, which are Annam, TRS, Dhawat etc. But these review is in no way to offend you, but just to point few areas were you can improve. In fact I ordered from your store today also. !!! “There is a problem with cart when the quantity is more than one for any specific item, it reflects in some other item and charges it incorrectly. Like I order 5 packets of maggi but it would add 5 to some other item in the list when I am checking out finally and charge as per that item.Please fix this issue..”
