“I am regular at Spice Village now, but the Karela ordered was full of fungus , I had to just throw it away out of the packing. Apart from that experience have been good till now.”

“Hi, My order number was 49399, I ordered 3 quantities of raw mango, however the quality of the raw-mangoes were not in good condition. I received 5 mangoes, out of 2 were not raw-mango anymore, it was almost ripped and third one had lot of black stains on it. After paying 10 Euros for 5 raw-mangoes, I would except quality to be exceptional. Thank you Regards, Vinayak”

“I have been ordering for few times now. and this time i had a peanut chikki packet that was opened (looks like a rat has eaten part of it). It was not during the transport i guess , while the package was still intact when we opened. so they have packed a damaged item.”

“The delivery is not going very well nowadays. it was much better before. They sometimes dont give a time range which makes it really difficult. The last time they delivered at 11:30 in the night. This makes it really difficult as we have to unpack all vegetables at night and then refrigerate them.”

“Prices of all products I bought are high compared to what I can get in grocery store in Dortmund. I can consider this total higher amount of products as delivery charges even after ordering more than 35 Euros.”

“DHL doesn’t deliver to home, even when the package is 10KG in weight. I understand this is a crisis time to everyone, because of the pandemic. But it’s unfair for DHL to assume that everyone can pick up 10KG package from a collection point. I’ve no problem picking up from a packet station if my delivery is a letter or a 2kg stuff, but I’m not ok if it’s 10KG package, especially when I PAID FOR DELIVERY. Check if you can address this with DHL, or charge 50% less for delivery and I will collect it from a collection point.”

“Everything was fine, except the Dhl service. The DHL guy did not bring the whole packet to my apartment on 3rd floor since it is too heavy and left the stuff at mu building’s entrance after just ringing the bell. Somebody could have stolen the packet if I did not bring it up myself as this is unfortunately very common in my building. So please ask Dhl service to deliver the packet at my doorsteps next time. thanks”

“Good: Website was user friendly to place an order. Packaging of goods was good. Poor: The delivery speed was very slow. Placed order on Tuesday and package was shipped on Thursday and delivery was made by DHL on Saturday. So it took 5 days to receive my order in Berlin itself.”
