I was in a Sport Check in Chinook centre and the girl that assisted me went above and beyond.The size I needed wasn't in and she called to make sure the it was at the other store but wasn't which saved me a trip./We then ordered online right there and it will be delivered to my home.

“I really liked Sport Chek's customer service at 75 Gunns Rd, Toronto. The store manager Alex took great pains to help me put my bike into my car. it was not easy as I had a sedan and it was a big bike. Still Alex helped me by pushing the car seats down and found a way to fit the bike in. He saved me the trouble to rent a bigger car to get my bike home. “I bought a golf bag from the Langley BC Sport Chek a few months ago. A side zipper broke, so I took it back to the store. I was assisted by two great employees, Anisna, the cashier, and Devon C.. Devon went above and beyond, assisting in me finding a replacement bag for the same $$ as the one I returned. Both Associates were great .... friendly, cooperative, helpful and professional. “I wrote a Review regarding worst customer service ever after a girl hung up on me and didn’t wanted to solve my issue. I called again and spoke with Mel. I wasn’t rude with her and she understood that how disappointed I am with their service for not getting my shoes on time. She apologized me and successfully resolved the issue. To all the people reading this review, I know if things are not happening the way we want sometimes it is really hard to be patient but try to talk to them nicely. I spoke to two individuals today and the issue was resolved.
Sportschek uses tforce to deliver.
I used 2 online inquiries and another was completed by Lori at sportschek call center. I called tforce with the inquiry tracking number. The person said she wouldn't correct the issue so the package could be delivered. I called sportschek back and the package was delivered about an hour later. Thanks to both Lori and the gentleman who helped me today.”
