They just keep delaying orders..... then they delay them some more, and then they delay after that.... looking at 9-12 months at least, in fulfilling an order. Why even offer product if the wait time is long.... Unacceptable and pathetic

I ordered My Center Point Sniper 370 Crossbow and did so before reading customer reviews. All those negative complaints about backorder and non returned calls. Well if an item clearly states as they do item on backorder , why on earth would you shell out that money ??? Thats crazy ! I spoke with 4 different associates and left my number 4 times and all 4 times they called me back and related to me every move made in assuring my order was filled. I paid 2 day Fed X as well and I'm now the proud and happy owner of a Sniper Elite 370. And I thank you Mr Perez for packaging it # Bucks Beware !

I have had the best luck dealing with sportsman’s guide and I have read the negative reviews . I can only suggest that those people should order from safe liberal sites like LL Bean or REI or Eddie Bauer , that way their sense of self importance will be more effectively be built up.

I purchased two jackets from them the first one I received was a medium when I ordered an extra large upon going through their return process they're charging me more to return it than what I paid to purchase it I went through the same process on a second jacket and II jacket was in their proper size but was essentially the same size a medium as the first one and another shipping return fee I will be closing my account as soon as they process my refunds

By far not a place to spend your money, I has an ordered cancelled on me and they refused to reientstate it! Got elsewhere the customer service here is about as bad as it gets and the stock is lame

Worst company I have ever delt with. Charged me for a membership I didn’t have, lied about an order I placed. Refused to give me a refund. It wasn’t until I talked to 6 different people and waited on hold for hours that I finally got refunded for a product I ordered and didn’t get. Buyer beware!!! Don’t do business with these people!!!!!

this company should be fined for lying to it's customers. I ordered 1000 rds of 9mm 5 months ago and they just updated the delivery date to Jan 28. Here's the kicker they waited to ship my $20 glock mag until last week and charged my 20 dollars for shipping. Some of their reps will hang up on you after waiting for 30 min to answer though some are very helpful. I have unsubscribed from their barrage of emails and will never order again.

Good price on the item I sought, but terrible service. I paid extra for 3-day shipping, and it took 2 weeks. I paid extra for the membership to save some money - that was a waste also. Sorry that I didn't read these reviews first. Don't believe the promises that Sportsman's Guide makes to customers.

Scam company. And they are using different names on amazon to suck you in to scam you some more. 365 outdoors on amazon is SG. Same problems there as if you order from them directly. Customer service is rude, unhelpful, and blame you for their failure. Stay away from these frauds. Still waiting on my order. 10 days out.

I’ve ordered a tree stand and a scope for my rifle and this company has drug me out without any information about my order for five days, then lied and told me that they would have everything filled within 24 hours abs it still hasn’t happened. If you are ordering anything from this company you should look elsewhere because they will lie to you about your order till they order it and it comes in to their warehouses to mail to you I give a one star

I got the free trial membership for 30 days to purchase an item. I then removed my credit card so that they had no card on file. They went back to the original purchase information and used that card to charge me for a one year membership without notifying me first. Very sneaky. I have to have my card canceled now so they can never do that again. I'm done with them.

I've been a member of theirs for years and have ordered a ton of stuff. In April I ordered 1k rounds of 9mm. It was on backorder, no problem, I knew it was and I was willing to wait. Couple weeks later I get an email saying it is delayed some more and asks if I still want it. Yes. Ship date comes and goes, nothing. I check the order status and it says it's been I had canceled the order. First they tried to blame me for not responding to the backorder confirmation, which I did and I stated I had the emails to back my statement. Then they keep telling me to replace my order. Well that would be all fine and good except they have no ammo available and now with everything going on it would cost me 2.5 times more than when I ordered 6 months ago. I canceled everything with them and hope they go out of business. Their customer service is some if the worst I have ever experienced and their morals are worse than a liberals. I hope you get what you deserve. What a scam......

I'm sure they got the ammo in and just decided that they could make triple the profit on it so they screwed me over who's been waiting on it for half the year. I canceled everything with them and hope they go out of business. Their customer service is some if the worst I have ever experienced and their morals are worse than a liberals. I hope you get what you deserve.

I placed an order in August. At that time it showed as being In-Stock. Right after I placed the order I was told it was back ordered, but I would receive it in November. Now I am told the item is unavailable and I will not get it.

they have the worst customer service dept i have ever dealt with,,shipping is terrible and their membership program is a hoax... i no longer buy anything from them..neither due any of my 4 sons anymore or friends... sorry but this place just totally sucks now.

Terrible customer service. My order took way to long to ship. When i inquired about my order they said they would get in touch within 32 hours. They never did. Twice they told me that. Also when they asked me for a review and i told them it was terrible, they said my review didnt fit their requirement and did not post it.

I ordered some ammunition. It was back ordered with shipment 3 months out. Right around shipment date I received email that back order is pushed back two more months, as they sell the same ammunition with different packaging for 30% more. I’m sorry that I ever gave them a dime.
