“After searching Hardware stores, I located Sprinkler Supply and all the parts necessary to complete my Sprinkler repair. I will never waste time looking for Sprinkler supplies at a Hardware. Just order my parts and delivery is quick, three to five days.”

“I was disappoint in the refund. I know it’s your policy, but I don’t usually have to return items from suppliers & was shocked with the bottom line of the refund. I just need to shop with vendors that have better return policies.”

Hi Sue, I appreciate your honest feedback. We do charge a 20% restock fee, but we try to offset that by also offering 110% store credit for customers who are willing to spend their money back on our website. Since most sprinkler systems are going to require some sort of replacement parts every year or so, we feel that it's a good deal for most of our customers. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager
