“I placed my first order and all was handled very well. There was a delay in the shipment due to the circumstances we are facing at the present time, but I was kept informed of the situation in a light hearted manner. “I was having issues with some of my Hunter PGP-ADJ sprinkler heads and from watching YouTube, it seems to have been a low drainage issue where the last couple sprinklers at the lowest point was leaking water after the zone was finished. It seems I needed to add an anti-drain check valve to to sprinklers because the ADJ comes standard without the rubber gasket. I ordered these and this resolved my issue! No more leaks at a very low cost!! Thank you all at Sprinkler Supply!!”

“I am not a professional that installs yard irrigation system for a living. In fact, if it were not for COVID19 I probably would have hires someone to work on my lawn irrigation system rather than do it myself. The technology and nomenclature were foreign to me. Fortunately, after placing a number of inaccurate orders with other vendors I discovered Sprinkler Supply Store. I found their description of various materials and parts to be clear and easily understood. I like working with them because I know what I'm getting when I place an order.”

“I am so happy with the process of ordering products through the Sprinkler Supply Store! Three of my items were on back order (this is during the COVID-19 pandemic) and they were in continual communication with me regarding the items. I just felt completely confident in them! Sure enough, several days later I received an email letting me know the remaining items had been shipped. I would definitely order from the Sprinkler Supply Store again!”

“Sprinkler Supply Store did well, but, I DO NOT RECOMMEND these Hunter Pro Adjustable Nozzle design pop up sprinklers. Since I first received them in July 2018, to replace my 22 year old Hunter pop ups, I have found that the threaded on nozzle will come loose and rotate, changing the direction of the spray. Hunter Customer Service did not seem to understand this problem, so now I am trying Loctite Super Glue to bond the nozzle to the pop up shaft. Time will tell me if my fix will keep the nozzle spray pattern in one position.”
