“A contractor broke the cover on my ICV cover with a skid steer but it didn’t damage the box so I looked for just a lid and Sprinkler Supply Store had the exact unit that I needed and at a decent price. They shipped super fast and reasonably. The part arrived just in time to keep a rainstorm from mucking up the well of the box. I will definitely be looking to them again for future needs!”

“Everything I ordered was delivered in a reasonable time. Nothing was missing or broken. That shouldn't be a big deal, but these days, that seems like a miracle. It's always good when you don't have to contact the company that you ordered online from. In my opinion, it usually means they have good employees who do things correctly the first time.”

“The spinkler supply store had hard to find spinkler heads. They sent the right spay pattern, but with the wrong interface. When I called the store, a person picked up on the first try and , I didn't have to say any more the wrong parts arrived. They expedited the correct order to me at no cost and said no need to return the first set. (Was a nice experience. I've gotten too used to prepping myself for long holds, voicemail routing to nowhere, reps that don't have authority to do anything and so must pass to up to 2nd level or different department. This one resolved quick). Hard to find parts and responsive customer service earns my five stars. Thank you!!”
