“I was disappointed that before I placed my order on Dec 23, there was no mention on the order portion of the website that you would be closed over the holiday week and my order would not ship until Jan 3. I was not informed of this until AFTER my order was placed and I had paid. It would have been nice to know this before placing the order so I could have considered other options as I needed this right away, not 10 plus days later.”

Hi Stephen, thanks for your review. My apologies for any confusion, we had information on the top of the website in red regarding the delay but we understand that not all of our customers noticed it.
