“I ordered 3 parts, and one of the three was the wrong size. This was a small order, and the shipping costs almost as much as the parts themselves. However, the prices for the parts was very reasonable. For a big order, I will probably do it over the phone.”

“Excellent service. One of the sprinkler valve was damaged in delivery and when I cantacted Sprinkler Supply, they promptly responded and delievered the replacement part within day without charging any extra money. I like the no hassle quick service they provided.”

“It took well over 6 weeks to receive the parts I ordered, however I was immediately charged for the order. Customer service only responds when they have good news to tell you, otherwise they "accidentally" forget to reply to any inquiries about a shipping date. Very disappointing service all around.”

Hi Joseph, thank you for your review. I'm looking into your orders and can see that we had one earlier this year where we had 10 diaphragms that took an extremely long time to arrive. We did ship everything that was available right away. I have to accept responsibility for the missed communication on getting back to you regarding the longer wait on those, I can see that I put in the request to the manufacturer for an update and neglected to pass that information on to you once I had news on the arrival date. My sincere apologies, we do take customer service very seriously here and I will take measures to make sure that this type of thing doesn't happen again. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

“Great over the phone customer service. My new Hunter Box was easy to install and works great. I am glad I stumbled onto your website. The guy that initially installed my system wanted to charge me 3 times the amount for the control box. Obviously, I'll never do business with him again! The Sprinkler Supply Store is my new friend!”
