“Great selection poor customer service, failed to notify at time of order that items were backordered. In fact I rec notice of backorder when I promptly an inquiry as to status of shippement after two weeks. Customer service 0 stars.”

“love the internet access. price are the best i've ever seen for sprinkler (lawn) parts. shipping was reasonable and fast enough with options to increase. the online navigation could be little more user friendly, took soon circling it seemed to find what I needed, one item found another that i would use with it i couldn't find. maybe you don't stock it. this is the only reason i would not give a perfect score. thank you. consumer.....”

“Order came as advertised, on time. $38 DIY much better than $175 service call. And the ‘it’s raining men’ email announcement made my day. (you will see it reviewed in the near future on my marketing blog thearmchairmba.com.) My only negative is that I screwed up the install of replacement springs/gaskets on a backflow mechanism and had to phone a friend- - troubleshooting on the instructions didn’t cover my situation. Overall, excellent experience!”

“I'm very happy that I came across this company when researching prices, etc. online for Hunter sprinkler head riser seals. When I decided to address the leakage of water that occurred when running my system, I first picked up 2 or 3 at a local irrigation supply house. Their retail price was so high, that I searched online and discovered I could get them for 750% less at Sprinkler Supply Store. My initial question about minimum order quantity (if any) and shipping was answered overnight and they were very fair on the shipping cost - due to the product in question weighing so little. Very impressed with this company all the way around. Good service still exits, and it's very satisfying when one finds it these days! Thanks again to Denny and everyone at the company.”

“Order was processed quickly and delivered on specified date. One item (Irritrol valve) was not included in shipment although the packing list said it was. Contacted SSS immediately and a replacement order (#119696) has been initiated.”
